The Block - Eagle/Market Cultural Arts District

ADC is conducting an extended site study of the proposed Performance Center in Asheville for the local architectural firm Calloway, Johnson, Moore & West. ADC will compare the development proposal for the Performance Center with the goals of the Asheville Downtown Master Plan, other relative master plans, and current City ordinances. In this extended study, ADC will also consider a project area beyond the limits of the project site to the surrounding community. The goal of this expanded portion of the site study is to explore opportunities that potentially integrate the facilities and services provided on the Performance Center site with future nearby development.
